This Wednesday, October 18, is time for the people of Clarence to add your ideas to what makes your community a great place and what role of Cedar County's future it will play. In conjunction with The Cedar County Board of Supervisors and Cedar County Economic Development Commission (CCEDCO), and East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) along with The School of Urban and Regional Planning at The University of Iowa are developing a comprehensive and Iowa Great Places vision plan.
