In conjunction with The Cedar County Board of Supervisors and Cedar County Economic Development Commission (CCEDCO) and East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) along with The School of Urban and Regional Planning at The University of Iowa in conjunction with the Cedar County Board of Supervisors are developing a comprehensive and Iowa Great Places vision plan.
